Top quality and robust. Classic safety razor or double edge safety razor with extra long handle (9.5 cm). The handle with ridges at the top and bottom provides a pleasant grip while shaving. This razor has a closed comb. The razor is suitable for normal to heavy beard growth.
Many men prefer to shave with this razor. It shaves better, prevents ingrown hairs and the razor blades are cheaper than the modern expensive Gillette razor blades.
What should you pay attention to when purchasing a safety razor?
Safety razors with closed combs are the most common razors. Suitable for the novice shaver and shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. Razors with an open comb provide a more direct or 'aggressive' shave. These are suitable for the experienced shaver and shaving normal to heavy (stiff beard hairs) beard growth. The razor with a butterfly closure has a light shaving head and is suitable for light beard growth. With the safety razor with an adjustable shaving head, the cutting angle of the double edge razor blade and the 'gap' (= opening of the shaving head) can be adjusted. This allows you to adjust the degree of 'aggressiveness' to your personal shaving technique while shaving. This type of razor is suitable for any type of beard growth or skin. Usage
First lather the beard hairs thoroughly, hold the razor at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the skin, press the blade lightly on the skin and shave with the beard hairs. At the neck area, pull the skin taut with the other hand.

Voor mij is dit mijn eerste veiligheidsmes.Ik gebruik deze nu ongeveer 3 weken en de resultaten zijn verbluffend.Door het wat zwaardere gewicht ligt deze heerlijk in de hand en druk uitoefenen tijdens het scheren is helemaal niet nodig.

Voor mij een heel fijn scheermes. Fijne balans en scheert erg prettig. Doordat hij wat zwaarder is werkt het gewicht lekker mee bij het scheren. Zeker een aanrader!

Ligt enorm lekker in de hand door het gewicht. Scheert als vanzelf omdat je het mes er alleen maar tegen je huid hoeft te zetten en de zwaartekracht doet de rest. Gebruik deze in combinatie met de Feather double edged scheermesjes, Proraso pre-shave crème (voor de droge huid) en scheercrème van DR Harris (Sandalwood). En natuurlijk de tips van Man and Shaving hoe het goed te doen.

Heb dit perfecte stukje gereedschap al enkele jaren en wil nooit meer iets anders! Perfectie tot op het hoogste niveau! Door het gewicht licht het goed in de hand en gaat hij als vanzelf over de huid! Mild edoch effectief voor weerbarstige stugge haren! Ook erg geschikt voor nek en hoofdharen. Ook zeer geschikt voor de beginnende nat scheerder, maar pas op eenmaal gewend aan dit stukje perfectie en wil je nooit iets anders meer!
