Can I change my order after I have placed it?

As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, you can still change your order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

For each item, we clearly state whether an item is in stock or will be available again soon. If an item is not in stock, the delivery time may be several days to a week longer. Orders are always shipped all at once.

To which addresses can I have deliveries made?

We deliver to both private and business addresses in a large number of European countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain, etc. In the shopping cart, you can easily enter the home, work, or P.O. box address as the delivery address. If available in your country, a pickup location can also be entered as the delivery address.
