This fantastic cologne has a refined earthy and masculine scent of soft smoldering wood with light citrus and vetiver notes. Use and enjoy this scent.
The cologne is named after the famous London estate of the 1st Duke of Wellington.
Apsley combines a unique scent of grapefruit and pepper with notes of cedar, patchouli and musk.

Na een geweldige scheer workshop in de winkel van Manandshaving.nl was ik om. Weg met het elektrisch scheren en weg met die mesjes met te veel scheerbladen achter elkaar gestapeld. Mijn ochtenden van gehaast mijzelf klaar maken voor een lange dag werken werden omgetoverd tot een rustige start met een ochtend ritueel. Dit ochtendritueel bestaat uit de gehele scheerervaring van pre shave, scheerzeep/creme, Aluin, Aftershave(balm), talkpoeder en het product dat ik nu mag reviewen: de cologne / heren parfum.Tijdens mijn scheer workshop was ik al meteen verkocht aan de vormgeving van Truefitt & Hill (het hielp ook dat de lesgevende barbier ook een fan is). Gebruik mogende maken van een product naar keuze koos ik natuurlijk voor een van de Truefitt & Hill geuren. Meteen was ik verkocht aan de geur Apsley. Mijn geluk kon niet op toen ik als ik tester werd uitgekozen voor de Apsley Cologne. Deze geur is in 1 woord fantastisch. De verschillende lagen in deze geur maken het ruiken ervan elke keer weer een genot en een nieuwe ervaring. Waar je de ene keer de geur van hout als eerste opmerkt is het daarna de patchoeli of Citrus om vervolgens weer de geur cederhout op te merken. Waar ik zelf meteen een fan was van deze “zwaardere” geur, waren mensen in mijn omgeving verdeelt. De kampen waren echter wel vrij duidelijke verdeelt of ze vonden het lekker of totaal niet.
