Scent description: soft and warm wood scent of sandalwood, tonka beans and cedar wood combined with lavender, thyme and jasmine and light fresh fruity notes of citrus, pineapple and melon in the background.
This shaving soap provides a full and creamy foam layer and prepares the skin for a perfect shave.

Usage
First moisten the face with warm water, apply shaving soap to the damp skin with the shaving brush and then shave.

Mijn keuze voor deze scheerzeep was dat de presentatie in een mooi houten houder komt. Wat ook qua uitstraling mooi oogt en milieuvriendelijk is. Ik heb dit product als cadeau gekocht voor een bekende die van sandelhout houdt en een ook heeft voor luxe scheer producten.

Een subtiel geurende scheerzeep waarmee een licht en luchtig schuim is te maken. De zeep laat zich makkelijk met alleen een natte kwast opschuimen, met te veel water word het schuim erg waterig. Water op de zeep doen voor het opschuimen is dus niet nodig. Opschuimen met koud water gaat prima waardoor dit een zeer geschikt schuim is voor een verfrissende zomerse scheerbeurt.Voor een dikker, zwaarder en voller schuim is de Truefitt&Hill Apsley een aanrader.

Truefitt & Hill are not for you if you're looking for a dense thick foam.This brand gives a lotion like foam, very thin. Some people prefer that. Don't buy if you want dense foam.

Deze zeep is niet consistent genoeg. Er blijft heel veel lucht in de sop zitten, of je het nu met veel of weinig water probeert op te schuimen: het verdwijnt binnen enkele seconden van je gezicht. Is een miskoop wat mij betreft. Dit had ik bij de Proraso zepen absoluut niet.
