Description

The Scheermonnik is a traditional shaving cream and is produced on a small scale in our store in Naarden. We use natural and vegetable ingredients for the Scheermonnik shaving products. The Shaving Monk provides an impeccably fresh and smooth shave.

Robust and elegant safety razor made of chrome-plated metal for comfortable shaving and a close shave. Top quality classic double edge razor made of high-quality chrome-plated metal. The fine structure in the handle ensures a safe grip while shaving. The shaving head of the razor is a closed comb. Suitable for normal to heavy beard growth. The razor comes with a matching metal holder and a cardboard box with 5 double edge razor blades.

More and more men are switching to shaving with the safety razor. It's not learning to shave again. After 1.5 weeks you have it completely under control.

The classic razor is economical and durable. On an annual basis you save up to € 150.00 compared to modern multiblade cartridge razor systems. The classic razor is made entirely of metal. The only thing you throw away is the metal loose blade. The metal loose blades are recovered in waste processing.

What should you pay attention to when purchasing a safety razor?
Safety razors with closed combs are the most common razors. Suitable for the novice shaver and shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. Razors with an open comb provide a more direct or 'aggressive' shave. These are suitable for the experienced shaver and shaving normal to heavy (stiff beard hairs) beard growth. The razor with a butterfly closure has a light shaving head and is suitable for light beard growth. With the safety razor with an adjustable shaving head, the cutting angle of the double edge razor blade and the 'gap' (= opening of the shaving head) can be adjusted. This allows you to adjust the degree of 'aggressiveness' to your personal shaving technique while shaving. This type of razor is suitable for any type of beard growth or skin. In addition, the weight of the razor also counts: a light razor for light beard growth; a heavy razor for normal to heavy beard growth.

Usage
First lather the beard hairs thoroughly, hold the razor at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the skin, press the blade lightly on the skin and shave with the beard hairs. At the neck area, pull the skin taut with the other hand.
